Drumroots workshops are an innovative way for staff, managers and volunteers to experience what can be achieved by working together and  can offer a unique team building experience. Our workshops can be tailored to support the development of leadership, problem solving and communication skills,to improve morale and camaraderie or to reduce stress whilst empowering and relaxing participants.Tanante can also bring the excitement and energy of West African performance to your business event, conference or celebration.

Previous clients include East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, University of Salford (Staff & Curriculum Development), Centre Parcs, Lancashire Council Council and KDM Events.

"Drumroots are inspirational.  They have a passion for African music and its cultural heritage.  In bringing their enthusiasm into a corporate workplace, they immediately created a focused energy for our session. I had a mixed audience attending the staff development event, some of whom were keen and others who nearly didn't make it through the door as they 'don't do' joining in! But as the session was built gradually, the team had time to get over initial nerves. Within a short space of time, with the help of the Drumroots facilitators, we were able to play together and create powerful rhythms. In a corporate environment there is a huge value in understanding the message of the drums; energy, motivation, communication and teamwork.
