Drumroots Team Building Workshop for Common Purpose at Z-Arts

Common Purpose LogoThe Drumroots workshop team recently ran a workshop for some forty students who were about to complete a course in leadership ran by an organisation called Common Purpose. Tanante Rock The Stumblefunk Stage it at Beat-Herder Festival 2012

The Beat-Herder is our favourite festival of the year and is always a good party! Set in the beautiful Ribble valley near Clitheroe, some ten thousand or so revellers and festival goers descend onto The Beat-Herder site for a weekend of fun, dancing, DJ’s and of course live music (….and on this occasion MUD!). The weather this year was rather unkind with rain storms throughout the whole weekend, however this set back would do nothing to dampen the spirits of the festival goers who were up for a party no matter what! Drumroots Team Building Event for Campus Living Villages

Last week we the Drumroots team had the pleasure of running a corporate team building event for the enthusiastic employees of the organisation Campus Living Villages. The workshop was hosted in the prestigious venue of The Place Hotel, Manchester right in the city centre, near Piccadilly train station and the session was designed to help the staff unwind at the end of a day of meetings and discussions, and bring them together in a fun activity. The thirty or so staff present where clearly up for it and there was already a good group vibe in the conference suite for us to build on. (more…)
